Virtual Assembly

For the first time, we’re excited to offer a virtual attendance option for Assembly—making it possible to be part of our United in Covenant gathering no matter where you are! For a simple $10 registration fee, you can join in the worship, connection, and shared life of our region from wherever you call home.
This small fee helps cover the additional technology needed to make this experience possible and supports our dedicated tech team as they work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Our hope is simple: that wherever you are geographically, you’ll feel truly included, connected, and part of what God is doing among us as we gather United in Covenant.

Children and Youth

We’re excited to offer a vibrant and joy-filled program for children and youth during Assembly! Red Rock Christian Church’s Education Minister, Kimberly Roberts, and her team are planning a meaningful and fun experience for kids of all ages—including a special field trip to the Boise Zoo.
To help us prepare well, please be sure to include your children’s ages on the registration form. We’ll also have a fully staffed nursery available for children ages 5 and under—just make sure to register your littlest ones so we can provide the right level of care and staffing.
If you’re attending the clergy dinner on Friday evening, your children are more than welcome to join you at no additional cost. Just let us know they’ll be there by indicating it on your registration form so we can plan accordingly.
We can’t wait to welcome your whole family for a memorable and meaningful Assembly experience!

What Is Regional Assembly?

Every other year, in even-numbered years, our Region gathers for a two day Regional Assembly. Representatives and members of local churches, pastors and other clergy, members of Regional boards and committees all gathered together for fellowship, worship, and business sessions. The location of the Assembly varies as we try to create bridges amid our wide geographic distributions.

Keynote speakers from other settings of the church bring us thought-provoking and sometimes challenging presentations. At Regional Assembly, we also cherish opportunities to reflect together about our common mission and ministry as we try to balance the core of our tradition with innovative new ways to reflect Christ’s love in a changing world.
