Rev. David Debow
Co-Transitional Regional Minister
David is our Co-Transitional Regional Minister. He is a retired local church pastor with over 42 years of pastoral ministry service with the Disciples of Christ. David comes to us with extensive experience leading Program Style (Team) Ministries. David’s primary responsibilities include pastoral care and support for the 30 churches on the Westside of our region. He will also be the administrative presence in the Regional Office.
Rev. Larry Crist
Co-Transitional Regional Minister
Larry is our Co-Transitional Regional Minister. He is currently serving as the part time pastor of Treasure Valley Christian Church in Caldwell, ID. He comes to us with 27 years of Regional Ministry and many years serving in local church ministry. Larry’s primary responsibilities are in the areas of congregational support for churches on the Eastside of the region, pastoral care, Administration and Finance, communications, and program ministry.
Liz Cronin
Bookkeeper
Liz Cronin serves as our Bookkeeper. Liz has served in this way for many years. She is in the Regional Office one day a week to do the work necessary to keep us going.
Bernice Rivera
New Church Ministry Associate
Bernice Rivera serves two areas of regional life. She is our New Church Ministry Liaison. In that position, she guides new and affiliating congregations through the process of becoming fully recognized congregations in our region. The second way she serves our region is as the Leadership Development Liaison. Bernice serves on the Region’s Anti Racism Team and offers support for pastors serving non-English speaking congregations.
Rev. Shari Eggleston
Office Administrator
Shari is our Parttime Office Administrator. Shari is in the office two days a week (usually Tuesday and Thursday) and does some work remotely each week. Shari is an ordained Disciples of Christ pastor who serves two parttime congregations in our region.
